It will take 5 business days to create the products and prepare your order. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
If we receive your order on the weekend, it will be processed on Monday. If we receive your order on a holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
WE ONLY SHIP TO CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESSES. BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT ON PAYPAL BEFORE ORDERING. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL PAYMENTS SHIPPING TO UNCONFIRMED ADDRESSES OR PO BOXES. UNCONFIRMED PO BOXES ADDRESSES MUST PAY WITH A MONEY ORDER. PLEASE VISIT PAYPAL TO CONFIRM YOUR ADDRESS.

Turn-Around-Time (TAT)
Our products are not in stock at the time of purchase. All of our products are handmade per order and our turn-around-time may be somewhat longer than what you are accustomed to for commercially available products. It will take 5-7 business days to create the products and prepare your order. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.Holidays and Sales
Longer turn-around-times can occur when we have special promotions, sales or during the holiday season. We could take up to 15-20 days to ship your orders out. We care about customer satisfaction and we will do our best to get your order to you promptly.
Delivery Time
We use FedEx Home Delivery and Ground as our primary carrier to ship our packages as we have found it to be very reliable, easily trackable, and cost effective. We only use USPS for POBs, Military Addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International shipments.
FedEx averages about 3-4 delivery days. USPS averages about 2-4 delivery days. International orders may take up to 30 days or more to arrive, depending on customs and local post office shipping delays.
You will receive a delivery confirmation which will include your tracking number from FedEx or USPS on the day of shipment not before.

Mail Orders
You can add products to the shopping cart and once you get to the payment page, print it out without paying. Send the printout with payment to: Marie Dean Hair & Body Care, 10401 Venice Boulevard, #295, Los Angeles, CA 90034. Please remember to include the $5.99 shipping fee for orders under $75.00. If you are a California resident, please also add 9.00% for sales tax.Cashier's checks and money orders are accepted, however, your order will not be shipped until your cashier's check or money order clears our bank. Marie Dean Hair & Body Care does not accept personal checks. We can only accept funds issued in U.S. Dollars (no international money orders or cashier’s checks).

Marie Dean Hair & Body Care charges 9.00% sales tax on orders placed within the state of California.Cancellations
We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order -- no exceptions. Please contact us within 24 hours if you need to cancel your order. Please submit any cancellations via email to customerservice@mariedeanonline.com. We start creating your order rather quickly and can only accept order cancellations within 24 hours.
- Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
- Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed the actual cost of shipping we paid to ship your package be it more (or less) and the shipping charges billed to Marie Dean Hair & Body Care for the return of the package.
- Packages that are refused, unclaimed or returned to us will not be reshipped free of charge. The buyer will be responsible for the actual cost of shipping the package. If a refund is requested, we will deduct from your refund the actual cost of shipping we paid to ship your package be it more (or less) and the return shipping charges.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or make exchanges under any circumstances. No exceptions. All of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order and therefore, we do not accept returns, issue refunds or credits. We do not exchange our products or give refunds if a hair or body product scent* is not to your liking or if there are variations in color and texture. If you are unsure of a particular scent, please order the small size first before purchasing a large size. Packages returned to us will be discarded and cannot be returned to the customer! A refund will NOT be issued.If you have any questions about your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can provide you with the best customer service solution possible.
*If you are allergic to fragrances, have a super sensitivity sense of smell or develop reactions to certain scents and smells, we highly recommend you order an unscented version of a product. Bear in mind that when ordering unscented products -- what you smell is what is in the product. Unscented products are not returnable and are not refundable.

We ship to your address that is on your PayPal Transaction ID for the sale. This address must be CONFIRMED.Our Primary Shipping Carrier

Unless requested, our shipping method does not require Adult Signature at the time of delivery. The ONLY exceptions are for orders that are $200 or greater. Adult Signature is FREE for orders $200 or more.

Occasionally, FedEx or USPS will ring your doorbell, oftentimes they will not. If you are not at home at the time of delivery your package may be dropped at your doorstep or another location near your residence by the delivery driver.
We have no control over where FedEx or USPS may leave your package. Any package left at your doorstep or another location near your house is your responsibility. We will not be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages after they have been delivered. Again it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the recipient will be home on the day of delivery to accept the package. No refund will be issued and no order will be reshipped if FedEx or USPS has updated your package information as “Delivered.”
If you reside in an apartment building OR know that you will not be home at the time of a delivery to accept the package, OR your residence is not safe to leave a package at, we recommend you add your place of business to your PayPal account (this must be a confirmed PayPal address) OR contact us at customerservice@mariedeanonline.com and request one of the following shipping options:
• Request to have your package held at a nearby FedEx or USPS location (FREE).
• Add the Adult Signature service to your order ($4.50 FedEx / $2.20 USPS).
If you fail to claim your package from FedEx or USPS, it will be returned to Marie Dean Hair & Body Care, marked as “unclaimed,” and we will not reship your package for free. You will be responsible to pay for the actual shipping cost to have the package shipped out for a second time. If you request a refund, we will deduct from the refund the actual cost of shipping we paid to ship your package be it more (or less) and the return shipping charges.
We are a small business and cannot afford to remake an order and reship for free after we have received confirmation of delivery.
Shipment Refusal
If your package is returned due to refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for the actual cost of shipping we paid to ship your package be it more (or less) and the return shipping charges. You will be refunded back your order's original cost and taxes (if applicable) less the shipping fees.Proof of Delivery for orders of $150 or more
• Domestic orders of $150 or more will require an Adult Signature at delivery.• Adult Signature confirmation is FREE for domestic orders of $150 or more.
• Adult Signature confirmation is not available to APO/FPO/DPO locations.

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages
Marie Dean Hair & Body Care is committed to prompt, secure shipping; however, we will not be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages after they have been delivered to your supplied shipping location. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the recipient will be home on the day of delivery to accept the package. If in doubt, consider shipping to the recipient's place of business OR notify us to hold your package at a FedEx or USPS location nearest you.Incorrect Addresses for FedEx Shipments
If you supply us with an incorrect address/zip code, we will charge you the extra shipping charges that occur for correcting the address or intercepting the package; you agree to this additional charge to your PayPal account. FedEx charges $12.00 for delivery intercepts/address corrections -- please make sure your address is correct!Tracking Your FedEx Package

USPS Claims
Claims for shipments lost with the USPS will not be initiated until 30 days after date of shipment to give the post office time to make delivery on packages that may be delayed in transit. We cannot process a claim for a shipment that is scanned as "Delivered" by the post office. Contact your post office and speak to your postal carrier as soon as you determine you haven't received your shipment.International Shipments
Currently, we ship internationally to Canada and United Kingdom. We use United States Postal Service Priority Mail for all International Shipments.Please do not ask us to declare your merchandise as Used Goods, Gifts or Samples, or to under declare its value.
International orders may take up to 30 days to arrive. Often, international packages are held at customs for 2-4 weeks before being delivered. United States Postal Service has no control of the delivery of mail once your package reaches the destination country.
Customs Costs For International Shipments
The shipping charges you pay to Marie Dean Hair & Body Care do not include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. International orders are generally subject to customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. We are not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice regarding any customs related fees that you may incur. Additional charges for customs clearance must be accepted by you. Please check with your country's customs officials for any rules regarding importing cosmetic (beauty) products.
If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to Marie Dean Hair & Body Care and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.
USPS International Claims
Claims for USPS International shipments can take up to 2 months to complete. If your shipment is lost or damaged, we can only initiate a claim after the 30th day of shipment and prior to the 60th day.
Abandoned USPS International Shipments
There will be no credit or refund to the customer for the order if the package is abandoned at customs.
PayPal Notice for U.S. and International Customers
Unless you have a “confirmed” address on your PayPal account, we will not accept the payment nor ship your order. If you are wishing to purchase with a credit card you must set up a “confirmed” account with PayPal and process your payment through PayPal.Shipping Liability Disclaimer
